| 詳情： | 過去三十年間，數字媒體興起、而且日新月異。新的媒體形式帶來了新的研究問題，也提供了新的研究數據。數字媒體會自動地儲存用戶的內容、行為、關係等數據。越來越多的研究開始使用這類數據來探索人類社會中政治、經濟、文化、健康等各種問題。為了應對這些數據帶來的機遇與挑戰，計算社會科學（computational social science）應運而生。計算社會科學在研究設計、數據處理、模型建構等方面已有許多有益嘗試。同時，一些新的質化研究方法也被運用到相應研究中，諸如數字人類學、批判算法研究等。 | |
