| 详情： | 平台指的是一种新兴的企业模式，以提供数位中介方式服务协调不同用户群体，并透过数据提取以积累政治和经济的权力。平台对媒体与文化生产的重置、劳动过程的转换以及监管框架的争议日益重要。学界关于平台研究的讨论，包括Chinese Journal of Communication（2019 年）出版的华人社会平台化的特刊，逐渐对全球平台化发展路径的统一性提出了质疑，并关注平台在不同国家和地区的可供性（affordance）、治理方法和政治经济学等各方面的差异。换言之，平台的发展方式、管理不同的用户群体、劳动过程的改变，以及对管治的挑战都植根于特定的制度背景中。 | |
